Low shipping rates from US to the Philippines?

Before I knew that I can buy Magic jack in the Philippines, I ordered one and plan to send it there. Now, what's the cheap shipping rate from US to the Philippines. Magic jack is only 2 ounces. I tried to look up at USPS but it cost $30, any cheaper? Thank you.

1. First of all NEVER send anything to the Philippines from the US unless it's with a courier service like Forex, DHL or manilaforwarder. Anything that's sent with a US adress through the regular post office will get stolen the minute it hits the Philippine postal system. The "cheapest" way is not the way to go here.
2. You do know that it is a 7,000 trip by air so there is NO cheap safe way to send it. Why don't you send it alone with some other things in a 24x24x24 box via LBC there is no weight limit. It will cost about $65. The people here would enjoy getting things from the USA. Go to any oriental food store & ask about what boxes they send.
