How long does it take for a transporting company to transport a car from Spain to the UK?

I have recently bought a new car, and they are made in spain. So i am having to wait for the car to be transported. But the company do not know how long it will take to come over... Does anybody have any past experience of waiting for their car, which could give me a rough time on how long it takes? The car has been put onto the boat today. Any answers will be helpful... thank-you :).

1. I only waited two weeks for a 206 from france If its built,and on a ship,id say no more than weeks when it arrives,its got to be unloaded at a port,then onto a transporter then driven to the dealership Dont forget they have to pdi(pre delivery inspection) first and give it a wash and brush up tax it and so on,hope your happy with it
