Will I get a refund on UPS Paypal shipping?

I purchased a UPS shipping label to return an item, but unfortunately I didn't print the shipping label out within the 24 hour period. If UPS sees that I never shipped it will they refund the money or will they just keep it? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
