- Interesting thought but is anyone ever truly impartial? God bless! =)
- No. The judge is not a jury, impartial or otherwise. Juries are comprised of citizens from the community. Additionally, the Department of Transportation is a state department. Judges generally work for the county. State, county and city governments are different entities.
- No, there really is no conflict of interest. These are separate branches of government and have different roles. You'll find that the justice or judge represents the people and as such is charged with making sure that the prosecution actually makes its case. Get a lawyer to represent you.
