How long does the UPS Return rate take from California to Maine?

Well, my package never got delivered to me while I was in California, so UPS shipped it back to the return address( my address), about how long would it take for UPS to get it back to me? Thanks :)

1. hi there, after five days they return,1 to 3 days is the norm,but anywhere from 2 to 8 days,full info on the link.. If the letter carrier cannot deliver the item, they will leave a PS Form 3849, Delivery Attempt Notice (there are no automatic redelivery attempts made after the first attempt for Express Mail).
