How long does ems shipping from China to Minnesota take?

I am waiting for a package from Hong Kong it supposedly shipped Aug. 13th ems international its a pair of shoes. The ems website says it takes 5-10 business days, should i be worried yet? 1. um if it had been past the shipping limit of days then go contact the place where they shipped your shoes
2. If it was sent via EMS you would have a tracking number I think you have been scammed it is common you will not be the first or the last even if they give a tracking number it is not always legit been there got the tee shirt lol also EMS is expensive and shoes would be sent by post as the cost of EMS would cost more than the shoes
3. it takes around 3-7 business days by ems from China inland to USA! Ask the seller or sender for a tracking number which you can trace your shoes on the ems offical site. it is impossible that it delayed so much long; ask the sender to fax you the shipping invoice if possible
