Politically speaking: Isnt San Francisco the best city on Earth?

So much culture, entertainment, good public transport. Why wouldnt you want your city to be like this place? Im vacationing from Australia in the US. San Fran whilst having its homeless seems to have no more than I saw in LA or San Diego

1. San Francisco has the lowest standard of living of any US city. When you divide adjusted household income by housing costs, it's the poorest city in the United States.

8. If you're looking at a Republican's standpoint...it would be their hell. lol. On a serious note, San Francisco is a good place if you are open minded. If you're vacationing, anything in California will be more expensive. I would suggest going to San Diego. Less traffic than San Francisco and LA. P.S. lots of places look better in a vacation but when you live there, it opens a whole new prospective. I'm a more practical person, so the cost of living in California is incredibly insane. Plus I hate rush hour traffic.
9. personally I am not a city person. I lived in Pittsburgh, and Seattle for a few years, but I missed the wilderness. I didn't care much for SF it was a strange place, and every day that I was ever there I saw someone walk into a store stark naked. Why do so many people walk around SF naked?
10. The weather is ok and the scenery is decent...but the culture and entertainment are an acquired taste. It's a little too 'uppity' and feminine for my taste.
11. The public transportation sucks and there are WAY WAY WAY too many homeless people milling about.

14. i boycotted them years ago. vegas and san fran are the sodom and gomorrah of this country. i avoid them like the plague.
