UPS Shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Alright, microsoft sais to ship via UPS. But, when i go to the UPS Store/Factory locater, it sais what i wan't to find. UPS Drop Box The UPS Store UPS Customer Centre UPS Alliance Locations Authorized Shipping Outlet Which one do i locate,and which one do i go to? Another question, when i go to drop off my xbox, will UPS charge me for shipping?

1. The easiest is a UPS store, if there is one near you. Next choice would be a UPS hub. For the shipping charges - are you returning an item under warranty ?? Contact Microsoft re: the shipping costs
