Is this appendicitis or no?

The lower right side of my stomach had been hurting all day, and I googled the location of the appendix and it is the exact area where it hurt. About 10 min ago, the pain all of the sudden went away, but I have a mild fever of 99.5. Is it my appendix, and might it come back? I'm going to work in an hour and I'm worried it's going to come back worse. Just realized it still hurts if I take a deep breath.

1. Sounds like it could be. Some doctors say it can come back, & some say it cannot. Better be safe than sorry, if it ruptures, there could be big problems. Go to the ER.
