Location Transport

I have a few bad pains in my stomach region?

okay i lift weights *thats how i think this started* i have my own gym in my own room. im 15. ill skip to the part of me describing the pains and locations now* okay so my first pain is in my appendix 2nd pain is in my *left or right testical it changes sometimes* 3rd pain is above my penis on the upper left hand side next to my waste line kinda *and yes my left* 4th is well not a pain but its hard for me too pee sometimes *its hard to pee 2 out of 4 times that i pee a day* why am i having these pains and problems? did i pull something? its been like this for a week and a half im going to a doctor next week but id like to aleast know why im having these pains as soon as possible.
