Can I use USPS prioirty mail box for first mail international shipping?

I know that I can get free box for USPS priority shipping at post office but I am wondering if I can use that box for first mail international shipping....

1. Just call your local Post Office and ask them.
2. No, you will be charged with what ever the USPS has printed on the box. You can use the box but you will need to wrap it with paper to "conceal" what is already printed on the box. The postal service will then stamp and label the box as for your wishes.
3. Just make sure you cover the Priority Name.
