Free 1-Business Day shipping?

I'm in the process of ordering some clothes from Zappos, an online clothing store. I've gone to checkout and registered for an account. I'm now told that I qualify for free shipping. The list of shipping options goes as follows; 1-Business Day shipping (free), Standard Shipping 4-5 bus. days (free), 3-Business Day shipping ($7.00), USPS Priority Mail (3 or more business days) ($7.00), and 2-Business Day Shipping ($15.00). I'm very confused.. none of this makes sense. Why does USPS, 2-day and 3-day, cost, while 1-day shipping is free? Why would anybody ever choose something else. This seems like an error to me. Which should I choose?

1. Sounds like they have a special for one-day shipping - choose that.
2. Because you qualify for free one-day shipping. Zappos sometimes offer free overnight to customers. Sometimes it's just best to not question things.
