I'm looking to buy a cheap car, in Egypt. Any suggestions?

I'm a non-Egyptian studying in Cairo. The duration of my study is 4 years. I need a cheap car for transport purposes that I will probably sell after I finish my education. Anybody have good suggestions? Links to sites with prices listed(preferably in English) are appreciated. Oh, and I also need to know what the minimum age is for getting a license and the minimum age for owning a car in Cairo/Egypt. Thanks.

Try to log on waseet, otlob.com you may also visit " Souk Elsyarat" (cars market) that it is held every friday morning at Nasr City, 10th District, whiach is an open market held for everyone who wants to sell his car at bargain! I think you should be over 18 to get a license, and 21 to own a car.
1- You should be more than 18. 2- Hyundai ...Since you can easily sell it after 4 years and don't lose much like other cars...
