What is the cheapest and fastest way of transport from Qeubec City to Montreal?

I'm planning to move to Quebec City, Canada however I need to go to Montreal at least twice a week Thursday and Sunday. I need to know if there is a website that could help me with this. Also I need to know if there is public transport from Quebec City to Montreal and vice versa.

1. Greyhound/Voyageur offers service between Montreal and Quebec City. Typicaly, you have two departures daily. Of course, that may not be at times that are very convenient for you. The other option is to rent a car each time. It is a bit less than a 3 hour drive (one way). Perhaps a local rental agency can give you a deal for frequent rentals.
2. You could also try the train. VIA Rail services both cities. The VIA station in Quebec is - I think - still in the old port area. And the main station in Montreal is under the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, right in the centre of the city, so you can easily and quickly get to meetings.
