HOT TOPIC SHIPPING QUESTION?

i wanna order some shirts from hot topic, and it says free ground shipping on orders of 50 dollars or more, but it wont let me have the option of free shipping, why? is it because i live in canada and its only for americans PLEASE HELPP!!!

1. Yes, it's because you live in Canada. If you check the page below, it says "Free ground shipping on orders of $50 or more" but if you click on the word "details" you'll see that the popup says "Not valid on international orders, prior purchases or gift cards." I'm 99% sure that's because international orders have to clear customs, and most likely have to pay duties that depend on the value of your order. It costs them extra and it's an administrative hassle. It would be much easier for them to sling your order onto a truck. They probably have a negotiated price for shipments within the US, but you can't do that for international orders.
