How does Ems shipping from China work?

I plaved a 350.00 order, my tracking number says it shipped but was "not delivered sucessfully". They have no number to be called from the US.

1. Although it comes EMS out of China, USPS should bring the package to your door. If it says unsuccessful then you should have received a pink slip showing the mail carrier attempted to leave the package. Depending on the nature of the item, it is also possible your item was seized by, or is held up by US Customs.
