How do I get to ithaca college from Queens, using public transportation?

I'm coming from queens and my friends and I are planning to visit ithaca college soon. We don't have a car so we could only use public transportation. Is there any specific bus that could take us there and back? If so, can you provide me with the cost. Any other options, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. Gracias, in advance! :)

1. Both Greyhound and Short Line/Coach USA have buses that go from the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan to Ithaca. http://www.greyhound.com/ http://www.coachusa.com/shortline/ You can take the subway to Port Authority and get on the bus there.
2. I couldn't find a fare for Greyhound, but I found that Shortline costs $53.50 to go from NYC to Ithaca ($107 round trip) I hope this information was very helpful.
