How is Swift Transportation to work for?

I was offered a job at Swift Transportation as a new CDL A driver and I was just wondering if anybody had any comments or experiences they could help me with

1. Swift is a horrible company, but you have to go where they will accept you. As a new driver, your choices are going to be limited, but Swift is the bottom of the barrel.
