How do i get transportation from the airport to my hotel?

Transportation from the airport to my hotel provided by the hotel itself is $70 per person! Is there a cheaper way? Note: i don't know if it matters but it is in another country.

Some airports have train stations and buses as well as the hotel shuttles or taxis. However, the options are different in various places. Venice's Marco Polo airport has boats in addition to buses or taxis. One thing you can do is check the website of the airport to identify transportation into the city.
