What legal action would be taken if i reported a Florida Department Of Transportation officer?[details inside]?
My fiancee's brother is a new F.D.O.T. officer, and he illegally looked up my mental health record when i was baker acted at 15, along with my criminal record that was withheld judication at age 18. He used it to publicly humiliate me in front of his entire family and some of my friends. He had NO reason to look up my information. I reported it to his boss, what kind of trouble is he looking at?

- Make sure you send it to the FDOT Human Resources, and report it. A supervisor can cover up (his motivation is to have no problem employees under him). Human Resources job is to manage this stuff.
- Hopefully fired and maybe criminal charges- but this is Florida we are talking about so don't hold your breath. They will need to be able to prove he looked it up and just didn't get the info voluntarily from you or your family. I would call the Attorney General in Tallahasee and see what can be done for you as well as other people in the future to better secure info- he should have had to prove a reason to look it up! Very sad that someone would do this!
