What is the average location cost to shoot a porno?

A big internet pornography company offered to use my 17th story upscale Miami apartment to shoot an adult film in, it would probably just be a one girl one guy scene, nothing special, a weekly release for one of their sites. What should I charge, or what is a range of prices for location costs? I have no idea what might be fair, and it is a beautiful view.
