Please help big bruise yellow spot in the center?

I was getting dressed this morning and I noticed a big bruise with a yellow spot in the middle on my knee and I don't remember injuring my knee or anything of that nature. I also take lithium carbonate 450 mg. Is it possible that that medication has anything to do with that? I would see a doctor but I have no transportation at this time.
