Are trains/ buses / public transport running tomorrow on new years eve evening?

i live around London in Surrey. The train company is South west trians

4. Yes there are later than usual trains on most routes. The line from Waterloo to Kingston for example is running all night at hourly intervals after usual last train times. See times on www.nationalrail.co.uk
