UPS Shipping?????????

I want to ship something to where I live but don't want to ship it to my address. Can I ship it to a UPS store and pick it up from there? If so, I know I need to create an account online. Would there be any additional charges other than the cost of my item, shipping, and handling? Like monthly usage for owning an account or anything? Beat answer 10 pts!!!!

  1. Yes, you can ship to a local UPS store. You will need to contact the store to let them know it's coming, of course, so they won't RTS it (Return to Sender) Sometimes the store will charge for receiving it. The store I worked at would charge $5 for smaller packages, and $7.50 for larger packages. You don't actually have to make an account to ship the item. You can just call UPS, and do a credit/debit card over the phone. But, if you do choose to make a personal account, you only pay when you ship, there are no additional charges.
