Question about Urban Outfitters shipping? Standard or USPS?

So I'm about to order off of Urban Outfitter's website. There are two shipping options: - Standard: Free shipping, will arrive within 5-7 business days - USPS: Free shipping, will arrive within 5-7 business days So what's the difference and which should I pick? I'm thinking maybe the "standard" option comes through UPS or FedEx or something and the "USPS" option comes from the mailman? Is this right?

1. "Standard" shipping will be with whatever shipping company that Urban uses ( either Fedex or UPS ), while USPS is the Post Office; the only real differences are that the PO is the only company that packages can be sent to a PO box; the other companies cannot deliver to PO boxes by law.
