How expensive is it to build a house out of Shipping Containers?

How much would it cost for, let's say, a 3 bed room home? is it less expensive or more expensive than a regular home?

1. It can be less expensive than a regular house as it will take less time to put together (all the containers come pre-built). Your best bet would be to get a good grasp on cost is contact a few contractors in the area as the will know the material costs and local market prices.
