How do i find my tracking number from UPS?

When i finished the order it said the information to where it was going to and my name etc... but it didn't say a tracking number. And how long does it usually takes for a package to get delivered on free ground shipping?(i don't know where the package is been sent from) but i order it from Supra.com.

1. You should have received an e-mail from Supra telling you what the tracking number is for the package that they sent. A ground package can take as little as 3 days, or as many as 7 days, depending on where it is coming from and where it is going to.
