Location Transport

I have a VW Transporter van, which has had engine trouble for as long as I remember. I need another engine?

I have been toying with the idea of changing engines and replacing the current engine with any of the variants of the VW 1.9 Diesel engine. Any advice for me? This is a 1993 Transporter- T4

2. You don't say what model it is, but the ubiquitous 1.9 diesel engine is pretty bombproof, a reputable breakers yard should be able to sort you out, but make sure it's not a mega-miler!
