When does UPS usually update their shipping info?

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. Label Created On:06/13/2011 I ordered something from Swimoutlet.com and on their own tracking site it says that the package is running through the UPS network or in transit. It has been like that since yesterday in the afternoon.

1. As a matter of practice, UPS updates information on each scanning and shipment at various stations. However, since the scanners are hand-held ones, the operator has to upload them to their central system, and it may take a while. Generally you can get an update in every 12 hours or so unless the routing is a long one.
