should i go into buisness with my cousin?

we've been talking about trying to open a or a few businesses. the problem is, hes probably the laziest most immature dumb ass ever. i already know if we did decide to try it i would be doing most and probably all the work. which im actually fine with for some reason. but anyway is there some way i could put him in charge of like 25% of the company and put myself in charge of 75%? i was thinking that way if he fucked up he wouldn't put as much of a blow to the company as he would if the situation was 50-50. his 25% would probably include very very limited access to the company savings, or anything financially vital because i already know the first time there is $75,000 in the Business account, he would randomly show up with an audi r8 or some shit ha ha. but one other piece of information, my cousin wants to go into Business with NO BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING when i do have training, my best friend who father owns swift transportation and has training and experience also wants to go into Business with me. ive always heard to NEVER go into Business with friends though. i really was thinking about going with my friend because im close with his entire family and hopefully his dad could give some help. i already have ideas that me and my friends brother (who is very likely inheriting swift) to establish connections for transportation and such. help

1. Never go into business with relatives. The closer the relation, the worse it is. Spouse is the worst. Brother or Sister are next.
2. my peer says never. I say "with great caution." but with your description, I would not under any circumstances. help him get a job with a funky company and visit him seldom. UNLESS you want to enter the social services-welfare industry
