Is this something to worry about with DHL shipping?

I ordered two items from China and i have the tracking for both. One was posted on saturday and the other on Monday. Here is the tracking for the saturday post 5556993385. This seems to be going all well and the tracking info is always being updated. The second one, tracking number 2738046614 has not been updated. it says shipment information received and it does not show time and date of anything. Could their be a problem?
