in transporter 2, how does everyone get the antidote?

the virus was contagious right? simply by breathing...... and at least 200 people came in contact with those who breathed the same air as the kid and father, and who knows how many more from the transporter, etc? and all the antidote was used up ..... so how did everyone get the antidote? shouldnt it have been like a pandemic? good job u can copy and paste off of wikipedia and still manage to not answer my question. failure

1. The antidote was injected inside the body of Gianni (Alessandro Gassman), the ringleader of the operation. He injected to himself with all the antidote as a precaution just in case anything happens or anyone tries to stop him. Later at the end of the film, Frank Martin stops Gianni from escaping in a private jet and was thrown out of the private jet and arrested by police officials.
