SHARP pain in my lower left hip area?

I'm a female and 15, and this has been going on for the past five days. At first, my mom thought I may be ovulating, as the pain was close to where my left ovary is. We ruled our my appendix, because of its location. At first it was just a dull ache, but now at random times if I'm walking or moving, I'll get this awful pain like someone is tabbing me in the hip. The pain has progressively gotten worse to the point where when I cry out and double over. I've also been feeling sick to my stomach recently. It isn't gas or crap, because I went twice today (:P) and no relief. Could this be an ovarian cyst or an inflamed colon? Pain meds dull the pain sometimes Should i take a trip to the doctor? ** Not period cramps, I finished this past week.

1. it is quite possibly an ovarian cyst(s)! Get that checked out immediately! it can burst if it hasn't already.
2. Sounds like an ovarian cyst trust me you dont want to deal with the horrible pain of it rupturing, go to the doctor.
