Where to submit public transport proposal (Sydney)?

Hi, I, and others in the community, are annoyed at the lack of public transport (buses/rail) in our area. Where would be a good place to send our Letter of Interest: Proposal for Transport? Would the local government or SydneyBuses be a better idea? Or state government? It is really unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Thanks

1. Contact your local state member of Parliament. The state government (mainly) fund public transport.
2. Public transport, even privately owned, is managed/organised by the State Government. Contact your local State MP and ask for his/her help.
