Can i pick up my UPS package at the UPS shipping center?

I ordered a couple things off of amazon last week and its scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, July 6th by the end of the day... The only problem is I'm leaving for Canada on that same day at about 4 A.M and won't be back for about 2 weeks... If I go to the UPS shipping center, which is literally 2 minutes away from where I live, on Tuesday, July 5th will they give me my package?

1. You could try going once you track it and know it is in the area. Usually, they give that option to the recipient AFTER failed attempts to deliver a package. You could try to catch the package before it is out for delivery, yet I am not sure about their policy. You could try calling them on the 5th in the morning and maybe try to arrange something before the package gets to the last center. Hope I've helped.
