How long does it take for a package to arrive from china to the us east coast via ups ground shipping?

Its Tuesday, July 5 and i need my shoes by Sunday July 10. they are in singapore, china. they are being shipped by UPS Ground Shipping whoops shanghai. china and thnx for answers!!!!. i ordered them on june 19 and this is there 3rd stop

1. Mine took 2 weeks to get here.
2. It can take 1-3 weeks. You're not getting it in 5 days. Shipping ground within the US isn't even guaranteed in 5 days. Singapore and China are two separate countries that aren't even close to each other
