How Does Pre Ordering Work For Video Games (MW3, Skyrim) With Free Super Saver Shipping On Amazon.com?

I Have A Very Busy Schedule, So I Am Going To Pre Order A Couple Of Games Off Online. I Don't Mind Waiting A Week Or So For The Game To Get To Me. Do Pre Ordered Video Games Leave Amazon.com's Warehouse (Loaded Onto Mail Truck And Sent To Designated Address) On The Release Date?

1. Amazon preorders are suppose to be delivered on the same release date as gamestop or anywhere else. If they are late sometimes you can get a free gift card if you ask.
2. Amazon (and other retailers) get stock early. This allows them to have it available for release day. When you preorder something, it's typically posted several days early so you'll receive it on release day. So if Amazon expect an item to take 3 days to arrive, it's usually posted 3 days before release date in order to reach you on time. Postage isn't always exact though, so it can be random as a result you may get it a day early or even a day later but they'll try to post it so you will get it on release.
