Do I notify the Ministry of Transportation if I move into University Residence?

I'll be in residence for the first year of University only (8 months), do I need to notify them of my new address? I live in Ontario Canada. If I do, what other services/people/places should I notify of my new temporary address? Unrelated question: I have to bring my laundry to a different building to wash them, what would be good to use to transport my laundry?

1. No, you have to alert the Ministry of Magic so that they know where to send your children's acceptance letter's for Hogwarts.
2. You will not be changing your permanent residence. Continue to use your parents' address - if that is the one currently on your licence. As for laundry - I used pillow cases and plastic bags. Fold your laundry straight out of the dryer. That way you need to do little to no ironing/pressing of clothes.
