How many stamps do I need for my large yellow envelope?

So, I'm sending 5 copies of a 16 page application, including about 10-20 copies of various other sheets of paper.. Going to the post office is a large "no" simply because I have no transportation and not enough time in the day. I have an abundance of stamps, so that's no problem. This is my first time sending such a large file, and I really need this information. Help?

1. 80 pages in an envelope will weigh approx. one pound. Since over 13 ounces USPS will not place on an air plane if package was not handed directly to a USPS clerk at the station. It will be handled as Parcel Post and will be shipped by truck. At 1 lb. the postage will be $5.45. That will be at least 13 FOREVER stamps.
