Can you still park in London (eg Westminster area) for free on Sunday?

Im going to London to see a concert on 21/11 but as it finishes late I cant go by public transport as the tube/bus wont get me to the Coach or Train station in time for the last coach or last train to Kent. That's why I need to go by car and need somewhere to park.

1. I'm sure there will be a bus but yes, parking is free on Sundays.
