how do shipping companies,or other shipping services work in Egypt?

Aramex,edfa3ly,buyamericabymail,....ship goods to Egypt.. first: they bring u the same products at a lower price;around LE 100 less..i found out this fact while trying to use my card online...:sSSSs second: how do they make their profit..if ur paying them custom taxes,shipping expenses,and by their turn they pay the same fees,how can they make a profit ?
