Will I be taxed for EMS shipping from Japan?

I just ordered doujinshis through a friend in Japan. Declared the item in the EMS receipt as 6,000 yen. Will I be taxed for this at Philippine Customs? I've ordered Japanese manga in the past from a company thru EMS, but I didn't pay any taxes and it was delivered at my doorstep. Since my friend declared it at the Japan post office, will I end up getting taxed?

1. All I know it is tax exempt according to Florence agreement as long as it does not exceed 6 copies for personal use.
