Riddle in Transporter 2, answer: The Moon.....What is the riddle??

part of the riddle is 'I am no always there, but I'm always around. Sometimes I am lite, sometimes I'm dark."

1. i've heard a riddle who's answer i think was "The moon" "Where is the only american flag that does not get saluted?" Not 100% though
2. Always old, sometimes new, never sad, sometimes blue. Never empty, sometimes full, never pushes, always pulls. thats the one i know...but it dont have your lines of teh riddle in them...=(
