What location on earth has the most random weather?

As in, it could be pretty much anything on about any day. The location can be as specific as you want it to be.

5. Most of the islands in the pacific ocean have "random" weather. Maui,HI for example has the one of the top five dry and top five wet spots on the planet only a quick 30 min drive from one another. Add the chance of molten hot magma flowing from the earth and youy've got some pretty "Random Weather"

7. Blowing Rock, NC. It's in the mountains, and during the summer can be hot, but the winter is most interesting. It snows upside down because of the unique effect at the rock in how the wind blows, making the snow go up. Indian legend has it a girl jumped from the rock and didn't hit the ground, but was blown away.
