1. Not yet... but they are making a Crank 2, if you are a Jason Statham fan.
2. I haven't heard anything yet.
3. I looked on IMDB and did not see anything on it.
4. Only that it is planned for 2009. Jason Statham is slated to film Crank 2: High Voltage in 2009 also, so don't count on him being in Le Transporteur Trois.
