are there any websites where you can track a cell phone location using gps for free?

My boss is never here but he pops in on me occasionly and i have a boring job with nothing to do so i play on the internet most of the day or do my homework, so i wanted to see if there was a way i could track his cell phone and find out when he is getting near so i dont get caught messin around. I know thats bad!

1. LOL! this is the funniest question ever. if just anybody had the ability to track any cell phone number they wanted FOR FREE, the stalkers and pedophiles and predators would have a great time! Most Cell Phones don't have GPS Capability anyway and since GPS has to do with satellites, I doubt anybody is going to make such technology free, where are they going to get the money? a bake sale? I thought you'd be asking because someone stole your cell phone, but you want to know so you can track your bosses cell phone? not only is that creepy, but.....geez.......

3. There are indeed a couple of ways to do that , but not without tampering with your boss cell phone. 1. If you have child tracking enabled on your boss cell phone, you will be able to track when he gets in and out of certain zones. However, its unlikely the cell operators will allow you to do that unless you give ample proof that the phone belongs to you !!! 2. If your boss is running a smartphone, you can sneak in and load an application into it which will keep on updating on the web, where his current location is(or send you the info via SMS to you without him knowing). For instance, if he is running a Nokia symbian 60 series phone (Nseries, Eseries), you can use the Aspicore gsmtracker software to do it.
