Location Transport

Does anybody know how I can track a cell phone location?

It is not my cell phone. It is my husband's. I want to know if he is where he says he is. So I can't just call the cell phone company, because it is not my cell phone.

2. There are services in the UK that let you do this. Initial access to the mobile phone is needed. FlexiSpy is also supposed to work. (http://www.flexispy.com/ ) and it claims to work anywhere. Phone must have internet access.
