Can somebody or me track location of my cell phone with GPRS system?

1. It depends really on your phone and your carrier. In reality the only people able to track you are going to be 911 operators. However, there are a few companies out there that allow you to track phones for a fee. They do require you so sign an agreement stating that you will only track your own phone (but we all know anyone signing up for that service would be looking to track anything BUT thier own phone). Problem is right now most of these services only work with a few select and not very popular phones. http://www.ulocate.com is one of these companies. All in all you shouldnt be worried about it.
