Is there a way to track a cell phones location/Position?

4. Yes but the technology is only available to law enforcement/public safety. The technology is also not very accurate, it can only detect the phone to within a certain radius and is not as accurate as say, GPS.
5. you can try going to http://www.funmaza.com and look in the "mobile mania" section. There are various categories like music downloads, games, symbians etc. GSM locator software you can find in the "games" section. Make sure your cell phone and model is compatible with the software. Good luck:)
