Is their a way to track someone by entering their cell phone number? Like by gps? Find their location?
Free? Edit: Found a program, but it is really complicated to use. I was looking for something to use for a 24 movie, which involves homeland security.Do I need to design something to be fake but to look real??

- nope, they would have to have the gps system already installed onto their car and on your computer
- Yes there is a chip, but it can only legally be accessed by the government or cellular provider.
- That's not true. Sprint actually offers a service called Boss Tracker that uses your cell phone to track your location.
- Only a government agency such a police or FBI or Homeland Security or CIA have this type of technology. It exists but it is very expensive. You could purchase a tracking device which you would place on the car or inside the purse or another location but if you were to get caught you would be dumped in a heartbeat. If you don't trust somebody to such a degree as you find a need to track movements, then reanalyze the relationship. It might be time to move onto a relationship where there is mutual trust and respect. But, to answer you question fully and completely there isn't any free tracking software you could use by phone number to track another individual. *edit* Yeah, but is Boss Tracker free, or is it even used by regular individuals, or by the government? Be clearer with your response, he wants a free ability to track people and one which is available to everyday individuals.
- only through police
- Yes ,it is possible. Here in the Philippines, all you have to do is register the celphone number you want to track (using the celphone that owns the number) and your own celphone in your network provider. It is used here to track missing kids or philandering husbands, hehehe
